When people look at you, get to know you, what do they see? What do they like or dislike? Where it comes to exploring yourself, putting yourself on display for the world (or at least your classmates) to see in a self portrait, is it more revealing than before, or does it just give them more misconceptions of you? This is what I've struggled with for years in my journal, and this is a sort of extension of that medium. In this, though, I have more opportunity to present you with images that define me, that I identify with. This is the content of my head... my musings, my dreams, and what I live for. It is impossible to not include text with images, because there is so much to explain, and the 'thousand words' the picture presents still aren't sufficient.
